Handmade jewelry takes time to create! Most orders will ship in two weeks.
If you need a rush order, please contact me prior to ordering to see if it is possible.
Your order will ship Free via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Paid shipping upgrades are available.
All orders totaling $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery.
đ POLICIES
I have a 7-day return/exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we can work out a refund or exchange.
Refund totals will include only the item price, not including the original shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received. The item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Please note that you are responsible for safely returning it to me. No refunds can be given for returns lost in the mail.
However, if your jewelry is damaged or broken in any way, please contact me and I will replace or repair it!
International Orders: The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, vAT or fees incurred in the shipment of their order. any international orders that are returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, or are returned for VAT/Tax/ Fee nonpayment will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be given.
Please Note: custom orders are not refundable as the metal or size you require may not be something I can reuse. Custom orders require an initial deposit of 50%. This deposit is non-refundable.
Ring Resizing : If you order a ring in the wrong size there will be a resizing fee which varies depending on the metal and how complicated the ring is. In addition, there are some items that cannot be resized.
Please note that when having an item resized, you are responsible for it reaching me safely. I cannot be responsible for items I did not mail. Please contact me prior to mailing the item.
